UI Graphic Designer

As we continue to expand our reach and strengthen our brand identity, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft visually compelling designs that engage audiences across digital, social media, and print platforms.

Job Description

The UI Graphic Designer will play a key role in enhancing BullionStar's brand through innovative and impactful design solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual assets for web, mobile, and marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and contributing to the creative evolution of our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design and Development:

• Create high-quality designs for diverse platforms, including digital, social media, print, and in-store displays.
• Develop promotional materials such as banners, posters, advertisements, and email campaigns.
• Design visual assets for the brand’s website, social media channels, and mobile platforms.
• Conduct product photography and image editing as needed.

Brand Identity and Consistency:

• Ensure all design work aligns with BullionStar’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials and contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual style.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing media, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Transform conceptual ideas into engaging and effective visual designs.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and proofread designs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality outputs across all formats and platforms, including resolution and color accuracy.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional design experience, preferably in eCommerce and/or retail industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums. School projects will not be considered.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Canva, and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience designing for various platforms, including web and mobile.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Location

The job location is at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with the Clarke Quay MRT located just across the road making commuting easy.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience, and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 4,500 to SGD 6,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month's salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
